CD Menu Creator v1.0 is program which allows you to design custom CD Launchers. Menu Wizards for Video CD's are also included.
If you get a "missing file" error when you try to run this program, do the following :
Go to this folder "C:\Program Files\Vortex Creations Software\CD Menu Creator\System\Runtimes" (or the folder that you choose to install CD Menu Creator in)
Copy all the files in this folder to your c:\windows\system\ or c:\winnt\system\ directory.
If a file with the same name already exists, Windows may ask you to overwrite the file, choose No (ie. use your existing files)
