From the Official Site :
It allows you to shift all the lines or a selection of the lines. This
selection can be one or more lines, or all the lines after or before a
certain time. You can even tell it to shift between 2 times !
You can shift up to a stunning degree of 1 millisecond ! This all
backward or forward. There's nothing you can't accomplish.
This all is available thru an easy GUI. Even the novice can handle the program.
