MeGUI is the most comprehensive GUI based ISO MPEG-4 solution.

It suports MPEG-4 ASP (XviD & libavcodec MPEG-4) using mencoder, MPEG-4 AVC (x264) using x264.exe or mencoder, (HE)AAC audio using BeSweet & Nero AAC encoder and MP4 muxing using mp4box.

In addition, it also supports the open source wavelet based Snow codec.

Get this update by downloading and installing the latest downloadable version available and then using the built-in updater to update to the latest version. This is a non stable build, so you'll need to go into MeGUI -> Settings -> Extra Config -> Auto Update -> Configure servers and add "http://megui.org/auto/" to the list of update servers to get this update
