Synchronizes subtitles in MicroDVD format using
linear transformation (offset and multiplying factor have to be specified from
command line). If specified, also removes text in square brackets that is for
hearing impaired persons.
Added option of specifying framerate, 2 points of time and delays at those
points of time, instead of offset_in_frames and factor. I think this is more
user-friendly.
Added more help and tips when an error is caused due to false input
arguments.
