Tiny prog that allows display autostarted splash image centered on desktop after inserting (not only) video CD into tray. Including possibility for alphablending with desktop contents.
It's improved version of the Splasher 2.0. I included support for JPEG images, runing of another application after splasher done (like movie player etc.). The exe file was compressed, so splaher with images take about 300kB disc space on your CD. Complete configuration is made via the autorun.inf file (see included readme.txt)
