Subtool can edit and convert MicroDVD and Subrip subtitles. Subtool functions are : split subtitles, correct ocr errors, change the framerate of a MicroDVD subtitle, synchronize a subtitle, delete comments and guess the framerate of a MicroDVD subtitle.
