This prog analyzes a stereo WAV file to discover if it is effectively stereo or only mono. It is used for analyzing audio streams broadcasted over DVB where TV stations usually broadcast mono signals as stereo streams.

The 1.2 has a bug fixed when using with short WAVfiles. The old version hung in this case.
